Started running at 12 years old for Woodford Green Athletic Club where my uncle was a world record holding Race Walker. 

I represented Essex Schools at cross country, track and rugby, awards I achieved included 1500m bronze medallist in the London Youth Games and first Junior in the Roding Valley Half Marathon with a time of 82 mins and also a silver medal for pole vault. I have run 5 marathons (including one in the USA), 40+ half marathons and 100s of 10km. I am also qualified in Archery, Self Defence, First Aid and a Mental Health Instructor. 

I joined PRC in October 2023 starting the Couch to 5km program. In 2025 I was appointed the Chairman of PRC and look forward to representing the club as both a committee member and runner.
