COUCH TO 5K PROGRAMME

Exciting News for Beginners

Couch to 5k will start in September 2024.

If you are interested in joining in the fun and losing some of the summer pounds don't hesitate to contact Sue Cordrey. Course is open to both men and women, any age, any fitness level. It is designed for beginners to gradually build up their running ability to be able to run 5k non stop at the end of the 10 weeks.

You will be helped each and every step of the way. We hold 3 sessions every week over 9 consecutive weeks, finishing off with the Carrot Cake Run (yes cake) for the final hoorah on the Monday 4th December!

The Running Club is such a great way of improving your fitness, losing weight and making new friends.  And such a great way to see the amazing sights and views of Cyprus.
