Helen has been a member of PRC since the Couch to 5k programme in September 2019 and is now instrumental in the Sole Sisters support group, which organises C25k programmes and social functions.

Helen’s background includes a 29 year career in the NHS, with over 20 years in HR, during which she achieved a post-graduate HR diploma.  She was a Judo Coach for over 30 years, an International Judo Referee for 20 years, and has also fulfilled several senior roles on the London Area Judo Committee, including training and examining referees up to National level.

Within PRC Helen very quickly became recognised for her positive, determined and confident approach to achieving her objectives, and her common sense approach to organisation.
